Stopped in the other day and was great as always!!

Been going here a while now. Signed up for their rewards program awhile back, took like 5 mins not a big deal- Anyways today I hit 6000 points and I guess at 5000 is when you can redeem it, and last time was told i would get a gift of some sort the next time I came in. Then I Came in today and was told I would get 5$ off my next purchase for the reward. So, I spend roughly 640$ at this place for those points, and I get $5 off.... that’s not even a 10% discount on what I spend literally every time I go there. It’s like a 3% discount. I have rewards at plenty other places and I regularly get 5$+ off from all of them. Only seen 1 other place have as bad of a program as this and that’s dr green. Which I should add is still better than this. I will say I do appreciate the 4/100 verde purr deal which is what I usually buy, but still. I’ve been told about this reward thing from multiple employees as if they were building it up to be something great.

Drive 25 mins to this place for verde pur carts 4/100 deal literally first thing on the picture and of course out of stock like the other 10 times I’ve d came here for them. And it goes without saying that’s after the 15-20 minute wait in their tiny waiting room with no seats ever available Definitely done wasting my time

Flower is seriously top shelf! I wish they would sell seeds of the different strains they have. Lemonade has definitely been my favorite so far. I’m not a fan of their carts though, the last couple I’ve had I felt weren’t potent at all
