I went to 1st anniversary of Strip location. I was so Happy to see Edgar,he spoke to me and remembered my name. Also one of the little girls and one of the guys from the Trop location were there. As always,meds GREAT,staff GREAT! But I am clostraphobic (?) and their intake area is TINY. I was so very happy to see the folks from the Trop location,just seeing them eased my anxiety💖💖💖💖

Well,I got a text message about the anniversary at the strip location. And of course not wanting to be rude I went. First was a bit uncomfortable,then I saw one of the little girls from the Trop. location,eased the anxiety a bit,then I saw Edgar and was made to feel welcome,was even checked out by one of the. Trop guys. Products great,but Tropicana location still #1

When you really are old,crippled and on a budget,ESSENCE is the only place to go. The staff is great! In the last year I have had only one time that I wasn't treated like I was "part of the family"

I was just reading thru the reviews and getting quite angry at the very few negative ones I see. I HAVE BEEN USING ESSENCE SINCE DAY ONE. NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED ANY WAY BUT GOOD. Came in today got the "grape Stomper" one of my faves AND on the sale counter. The young lady working recommend the "white widow shatter" WONDERFUL for my nausea 👍.

Just recently went to another spot looking for a product ,my favorite spot (Essence) doesn't carry. Never freaking again.Did not like the fact that one of their "patients" was sitting in waiting room bad mouthing "Essence". Did not like that! You guys rule! #1 in customer service,#1 in price,#1 in quality!
