I made a $1300 online order, and there was a huge (like $400 mistake) where they gave the wrong items (that I didn't want). There was a huge mistake, and I left an angry review. They immediately started reaching out to me (as you can see) to apologize. I didn't expect them to replace the product I didn't get, BUT THEY DID. That's a lot of money, and completely insane. While the situation sucked and was a mistake, the business practice to just make contact and discuss the situation was top notch (wish my team was like that!)....but the replacement? That's seriously above and beyond no matter how much profit a business make. [It was indeed rang up to me, and totally documented.]

Update: yes, I did leave a five star review at another location. That's because they don't mishandle their weed. They aren't particularly nicer or smarter, or anything like that, they just don't mishandle the product. Now, I get to add in that THIS place also screws things up and the customer has to eat it. So, yeah, no, entitled princess weed isn't for me. ------------------ I’ve changed things up and don’t use as much product, so it made sense to go to the close dispensary and spend a little more vs. going to hot springs which takes a lot of time and vehicle use. MISTAKE. My bud was dry as dust. I got three different strains, and all packs were so dry they burnt fast with little highness. Purple Kush isn’t weak, so it’s not the strain it’s the mishandling. There were also LEAVES on most of the buds. Either this is a bait and switch OR The grower released crap product. I’m going to reach out to the grower with the unopened product I still have to see if this really is fake.

Every time I do an online order, they give me the wrong products. If I wasn't seeking very specific strains, it wouldn't be that big of a deal. The last mistake was a 1:1 vape pen instead of straight THC, and I didn't notice until I got home :( Since the 1:1 is the same price as the full THC, that's pretty crappy. The people are super nice, and going in is easy. Store is really cute, too. The owner is greedy, though. Girl, you KNOW you can price match Suite 443, but nope, we all go down there. LOL where they also mess up the orders.

The parking area isn't the best - too close to the road, too cramped, people pulling so far forward there's no room to walk except the small area for driving to get to the door. If it's not busy, that's not a problem. There is seating for about 6-7 in the entry area. It's small, but not scary. The area with the product is nice looking, but it's really big compared to what is there. As of right now, the selection is low. Hopefully this changes with more growers and their own strains. The website and Weedmaps is not being updated with products and package sizes (no grams, but there was pre-packed halves) available - at least not keeping it updated well. Weedmaps doesn't have the strain info and test info, I had to look at the first place that opened to see the details. The people were really nice, but I didn't really talk product with them. I researched before I got there and knew what I wanted. I saw them working with several people during my trip, and it seemed good.
