So I purchased a select 0.3 g disposable pen here and long story short the pen does not work anymore the battery has gone out so I called black jack to see what can be done and they said nothing other than offer me a pre roll lol that is totally bs.. you can not check and see if they work before purchase so pretty much s.o.l ..so do not buy any disposable here..why is it that this has happened to me at other stores and they replaced the unit no problem bit apparently this shop cannot or does not..they told me the state prohibits them from taking back product but I called the state up and they told me it was up to the business,so don't get ripped off..you have lost my business over this..

This place use too offer great deals on s daily basis before they started recreational sales..I was pretty excited about the whole recreational sales coming thru but as a medical patient the only people that are benefiting from the recreational is the rec buyers,dispensarys,and politicians..It's unfortunate that the medical patient totally got screwed from this whole deal..No more great deals and longer wait time to come in for purchase..Totally sucks..Glad to see you guys are making money hand over fist.. Congratulations..

Can't believe this place is all about there money..Totally dosnt give a shit about medical patients that got them started and a float this whole time..And to top it off you have to wait in a regular line behind recreational patients to go in the back and see what they have to offer totally bull shit..No taking care if medical patients at this place what so ever...
