You got 6 employees inside the office where customers pick up online orders, but had customers waiting at least 5 minutes to speak to someone while employees were talking to each other, watching videos on phones, and playing basket ball with paper and the waste basket. It wasn't until the girl who checked me in SCREAMED out loud that there was a customer waiting that someone even asked me if I had an online order. The girl who helped me had just finished helping an elderly lady with disabilities and grabbing the door for her. I don't think it's fair that one employee is doing most of the work when there are 5 other employees standing around. The girl who helped me had red hair and was very nice in explaining everything before ringing me up.
