I am beyond disappointed with this place. I was incredibly excited to see that they carried a certain gummy that I haven't been able to find locally, but it turned out to be a very frustrating experience. ​I live only 15–20 minutes away, yet after waiting 2 hours, my order hadn't arrived. I called to check in and was told it was "on the way." Another hour passed, and when I tried calling back, they completely ignored my phone calls. I had to call from a completely different number just to get them to pick up—which they did on the first ring. Even then, they just gave me the same vague "it's on the way" excuse with no ETA. ​After three and a half hours of waiting, I finally canceled the order because it was almost 9 PM. Incredibly unprofessional behavior and terrible communication. I won't be trying them again.
