The pen did not work. I opened the product and tried to hit it and it did not work. Reached out to the dispensary and they did not respond to me

Bought two plug and play carts and one of them didn’t work. I reached out to the dispensary and they told me to send them a video. I sent them the video and 4 additional text messages and phone calls after and they just stopped responding to me. Very unprofessional and won’t be ordering from them again!!
