It's nice to be greeted with your name and a smile 😊 Edit: That was a year ago 😔 The Lume brand products have been consistently going downhill. From my new battery not working on both side all the time to the Lume effect carts tasting like burnt cotton or not screwing on because the threads are off. We have been frequent flyers (like 4out of 7 days) and I went in today about an overcharge and let's say after years of almost daily being a Lume customer, the way I was treated and their lack of customer service made my fiance and I vow to never come back. Sorry for them I guess. Seems like a customer that's is greeted by first name would not have to be treated like a nobody.

JARS Mt.Pleasant not only ticked all the boxes, they rocked!! I highly recommend stopping by here. Put it this way... I live about an hour away from JARS and have 10+ dispensaries less than 10 miles from me. The first time I shopped here we were treated like a friend (most of the budtenders elsewhere have an "OMG, are you really asking me that?' or " hurry up" attitude). Also you would think with so much competition the others would have good specials or prices, NOPE! IE: The sales are so you can pay what the price should be. And lastly at JARS they let you actually see the product, price and description. We will be back.
