I have been shopping with them for three years and have had hundreds of pleasant visits until today. I asked for a vape CARTRIDGE and received a dab SYRINGE. Budtender DID NOT show me the item so I could confirm it was correct, did not notice till I walked outside. Manager said all sales are final and wouldnt even see me themselves. I have no dab rig- I am left with a worthless 50$ dab syringe and a feeling of being fleeced by a quick change artist (swap dollar bills for different concentrate products) DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS - if you make sure you are getting the right item they are great quality, great price, and (usually) great customer service.
