I came in for the first time. I tend to go to all the buzz locations and I’ve been to 3 in total. Each one honor the first time customer except this one. I even asked the others if I am allowed to do that and they said yes so long as I don’t come back to the same location. Very strange and when I did bring it up she says the system won’t allow it because it knows I’ve been there. Once again I told her I’ve been the many of there locations with no issues.

I came in 9/18 @ around 7:45PM. I got myself 2 pistil whip items. Red diamond and grapaya octane are the strains. I got home now 8:30PM both of the wax are melted and usually pistil whip sends these in a round ball in the center. This means that at some point the wax reached room temperature or high since the red diamond stain is off to the middle and also melted. Then they were refrigerated. This is the reason for the 1 star. I bet the other items are the same.

This place looks to be doing something shady. Yesterday on 7/3 all products for pistil whip were listed at $30 at 40% off for FTP making them $18.50 and when I checked today 7/4 they are all $60 and they are offering 50% off and are now $30. I don’t know but that’s just weird, make it make sense.

Unfortunately this is another place that doesn’t honor first time customers discount. I came in specifically to buy pistil whip and look like they run 30% off on sundays but anyways. I came in told her about it being my first time and the 40% off. She proceeded to tell me oh it’s already discounted so you’ll get the better deal. Once I get to my car it’s only 30% off. I was helped by Makayla

I went in for the first time and I notice they only applied 20% off and not the 30% off for my first visit. That’s misleading as the reason I came in was for the 30% off. So just be cautious when coming in.
