I want to say I had trouble on a online pre order in Cortez that Liv Well more then fixed for me and I am very happy with the outcome I come here all the time and will keep shopping here best shop in Cortez the customer service is outstanding the BEST! I would recommend this shop to my friends and family also. The manager was very friendly and helpful they even called me back 3 times to make sure that everything was fixed I could not be more happy 5 star service all the way outstanding. Went the 1st time and got robbed on a half ounce of Pre Weigh and a half ounce of Gold shelf flower then I go back after accepting some credit to lure me back in buy a 1 gram sesh cartridge was told it was 88%THC turns out it's 73% THC and 12%CBD total cannabinoids was 88% they would not even exchange the totally unused cartridge unless it's leaking and the extremely RUDE know it all when it come's to weed manager was a real smart Punk! I figured I would give the Shi Hole one more chance and get an ounce of Pre Weigh that is 109.99 an ounce before taxes they tried to charge me 143.99 that is more then $137.99 for Gold Shelf WTF! I also would like to say this was "USED TO BE" best shop in Cortez I have been going here for two years now but it has in the last couple months turned into a total DUMP! DO NOT GO HERE! Do yourself a favor google Chronic Therapy dispensary in Cortez much better place they have 4 gram buckets of Wax at 80+ % THC for $56 with taxes out the door.

I went to Liv Well Today my first time since the Covid-19 pandemic happened and it was a great experience I had to place my order online and it worked my wife could not get the website to work for the online order they let her do a manual order they really make sure you are able to have your medicine we use cannabis medically for my PTSD and Crohn's disease and I was also very impressed on how they are social distancing in the parking lot and inside the store they have X's painted on the ground outside six feet apart to keep you safe as well as inside the shop also I felt very safe and comfortable the owner was exceptionally nice and helpful the medicine is top notch as always my wife delt with Beau our favorite budtender my budtender was very helpful , nice and knowledgeable also they made sure I was able to get the reward points also. This is without a doubt the best cannabis shop in Colorado and one of the best in the country will only go to Liv Well where you truly Liv Well!

I bought a gram of this garbage and It has no taste what so ever boasts 78%THC more like CBD no buzz at all even after vaping a huge chunk I have dealt with Liv Well before and got good stuff like Black Fire Fruit wax and Orange Dawg wax but this is the worst I have ever seen. I dealt with black market street dealers in Florida and got better stuff then this! And the selection is a total joke never any fruity or berry strains only orange and kush nothing else. Even after harvest season no new strains I really though Liv Well was better then this I won't be coming back again! A real waste of $20 should have smoked the $20.

Hello everyone I had a bad experience at another shop so I decided to come to Chronic Therapy I checked on the website and decided on some Black Cherry Shatter I tried to call the shop to make sure they had that or something I would like as I'm very big on flavor and like sweet or fruity strains I use it for my PTSD they did not answer the phone at all I was forwarded to this message machine well I go to Chronic Therapy they did not have any black cherry shatter and offered me Cookies and Cream Shatter instead now from the name I'm thinking sweet and it's gonna be good with 75% THC to boot well I get home and try some out of a brand new rig and not sweet at all more lemon then anything and I HATE citrus even All Bud says it's sweet and tastes like the name this was not the case at all. The bud tender said he never tried it but heard it tastes like Hash... Well honestly the medicine the high is OK but I have had much better for the same amount of THC. This seems to be the normal here in Colorado this bait and switch the website says they have one thing then you get into the shop and it's something totally different and this is the same with the bud also!
