I placed an order with a government issued ID with photo sent as requested. 30 minutes later I was texted to send a second photo to verify who I am. This step was not indicated during the order processing & just added an unnecessary time element to an order already placed. In addition, I had to waste additional time texting about this to someone who did not care about wasting my time in the first place! I am not wasting any more of my time over this additional inconvenience by placing any further orders... ever!!
