I drove 2 1/2 hours to visit your dispensary and assistant manager Chris made it well worth it. Very knowledgeable and helped me out with my selections. I used to visit a different dispeydoen the road but no longer. I liked the experience so much I’m making the drive again tomorrow. Thank you.

After my third visit this week and my second consecutive bad visit I will never give you another penny. 4 year Medical Patient that’s has always bought from here but now I’m done Your point reward system is deceptive and not what it once was. Your bud tenders have become rude and non caring which is a reflection of the management there. Good bye forever. I’ll give my money now to a dispensary that treats their customers right. Like ZEN. Better prices, discounts and there reward point program is legit. Not bait and switch like this place. You’ve become a joke when you once were the best. Too bad for you. Remedy products are available at Zen and cheaper then you sell your own house brand here for. Never again will I visit your declining establishment. The customers that built your business have been forgotten so I’m forgetting about you.

I need to start checking my order before I get home because the past 3 out of 5 visits have been wrong. I placed a big order today which was to include 1/4 oz of Black Rose. When I unpacked my bag the bud tender sold me 1/4 oz of Roze. Not close to the strain I needed. And terrible numbers. He even wrote down my entire order. My fault for not checking, your fault for not being accurate. Happens too often that the bud tenders are distracted and not focused on the customer. I don’t come here nearly as often as I have in the past because of the mistakes continually made and the lower quality of the product. 15-24% THC on most flower is unacceptable. Especially when you’re charging $60 1/8th for Tryke that’s only 22% THC. I’ll buy an Old Pal 1/8th that’s 22% THC for 1/2 the price. Sorry. Mr P.

I had a great experience today working with budtender Jen. So refreshing to go to the medical counter and have a very knowledgeable budtender, Jen, actually address my medical needs with great suggestions and concern. Found out that she was trained by Alex and that’s all I needed to know. Jen even still had her notebook to reference. Thank you Reef North for an experience that I’ve been waiting for. They do have the best products and always try their best to take care of medical patients. That haven’t lost focus and continue to bring me the best products and selection that I need. As a medical patient I can’t understand why Reef stopped selling medical products? You’ve lost focus on your foundation and the customers with medical needs. The reason you opened. Rec is great, and a medical discount with a special line is nice. Just wish I could get some medical products without needing to go elsewhere. Only reason for the 4 stars. Mr P

I’ve have been and still am a loyal customer of Reef. It’s been my dispensary for years. I’m a medical patient. The foundation that built them. Reef doesn’t sell medical products anymore. Maybe a package of gummies if you’re lucky. Being a medical patient, I need medical choices but Reef no longer provides that. That’s why the 4 stars. I now have to go to a different dispensary for my medical products. I’m all for recreational but Reef has lost their focus and no longer provides medication for medical patients. Sad. Mr P

Reef has high quality products and a huge selections. Friendly with a very knowledgeable staff. The only dispensary I use and I'm always recommending Reef to my friends and family. Strains you won't find anywhere else in Las Vegas. Everyone should visit Reef and check out the experience!
