I am currently sitting in their waiting room and after waiting over 30 minutes they have informed me that they lost my medical marijuana card. This is my second time visiting this dispensary and I dont think I will be coming back. Their flower from the first visit was so so and I was giving them a second chance since they are near my house. I do not recommend this dispensary at all! I understand it is the day before a holiday and they are busy but this is NOT ACCEPTABLE! THEY LOST MY MEDICAL CARD! I would give negative stars if I could! Update: they found my card and gave me some product for free. Thank you MUV Dispensary for making this right!
