I walked in to get a few joints because the place is close. I walked in and gave My Card. After sitting a bit when they were NOT busy, I was taken back and asked for my ID AGAIN. Why? I'm 66 years old and they have too many young people who don't have a clue. I'm betting they aren't in constant pain!!! I walked out and never have been back. They have no edibles and the flower is never great. I'm old. It doesn't mean I'm a LIAR.

I've been to this dispensary many times. Edibles are not worth $28!! Apparently, y'all believe they're better than others? THEY ARE NOT!!! Florida needs to take the THC cap off their products. The edibles here, never worked at all and I bought dab tabs and the freaking pen doesn't work. This dispensary is as bad as the rest in Gainesville Florida.

I have been to this particular dispensary many times including the very first time I received my mmj card LONG ago. They were the only dispensary in Gainesville Florida, and wouldn't honor my medical marijuana card. Apparently the Dr never wrote out my orders but that's another story. Now that there's more dispensaries, you'd think they'd step up they're service. I went to this dispensary the last 2 days because they had a sale. Yesterday, I tried to order online but, couldn't. Please fix this. Websites are scammy enough. When I got to there I'd just finished doing some door dash deliveries and had to use the bathroom. THEY SAID NO. Apparently, this "medical facility" and I use that phrase loosely, doesn't have a bathroom for customers? Gainesville FL dispensaries are all out for nothing but $$. Why have a 30% sale? To get rid of the old crappy stuff that just doesn't seem to work anymore. I get it. Governor has a cap on the level of THC in all products. Rip off for the elderly

I've been to 3 mmj doctors since moving to Florida. The first, ripped me off 350.00 and then closed shop and phones without writing the script. The 2nd was only out for $$. MMTC is the best. Amazing staff. Amazing Dr. Someone who cares about the patient and not just the $$. Thank you all.

I ordered ahead for curbside pickup of 2 item's. I was quoted 36.50 and the guy who met me, quoted a dollar more. I don't like to complain about a freaking dollar but, the economy is bad and I'm elderly woman on Disability. To try and talk to the person and explain myself "Assertively" was stressful. He obviously mistook my "concerns" & told me they would not serve me if I "continued to be an aggressive patient" He also looked about 40 year's younger than I and I don't care to be harassed by a child at a curbside pickup. I went and told my story to a place where the owners are the biggest supporters of marijuana legalization in Florida and was not only applauded but stopped by many in the Cafe, to give me kudos for being honest enough to stand up and fight the folks who continue to give me anxiety. I am a domestic abuse survivor and have a problem with men in the first place. The customer isn't always right anymore.

I wanted to try dab tabs. This dispensary in Gainesville Florida, sold me the tabs and a little thing to put them in. I've had to go back to get a working battery only to get home and the battery is faulty. I will attempt one more time. The manager I spoke with on the phone was amazing but, the staff at the dispensary itself, are brainless and don't know what they're doing. Calling AGAIN, today to try and get this working. Will not return if I don't get help. I stopped going to this one awhile ago because they sold me a horrible batch of edibles. 2 Stars and I'm being kind.
