One pod didn’t work I still have the box and the pod the other 3 did

I purchased 4 pods and 1 didn’t work I waited all day for the delivery app said 2-4 it got here at almost 5:30 I also didn’t realize the person needed to travel so far to get here I still have the pod and the box how do I get another one?
