Order was correct and within 2 hours for delivery

After placing my order I received a text saying that the delivery would take 3.5 hours to arrive!! I called the customer service number and the lady told me that this was in fact the correct delivery time and TOLD ME TO ASK THE DELIVERY DRIVER FOR AN EXTRA PREROLL FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!! He showed up at 1130PM and I explained to him what they had told me. He absolutely REFUSED to give me anything! Said that he didn’t carry them that they were responsible for putting them in back at the shop. NEVER AGAIN!!! This isn’t the first time this company has screwed me over!!

The driver arrived late!!! And when I went to pay for the order chase wanted to call to confirm the driver said verbatim, “come on woman I don’t have time for this. Cancel it.” How rude!!! He couldn’t wait 30 more seconds
