This helps me with my hip and back pain so much! I put it on before bed and it allows me to sleep through the night. You have to give it a couple weeks, the longer you use it the more consistent it is.

They were out of the pain relief balm so I tried this for back pain and didn’t have much success. It blends into your skin without leaving you feeling gross but that was the only good thing. I’ve found Papa & Barkley to be more helpful but it’s also more expensive.

I wish they sold regular chocolate bars too because it’s so so so good!
