doesn’t work and frost didnt wanna replace it

Terrible customer service. I received my delivery Monday around 10 PM. First, they sent me the WRONG strain. I ordered Blue Dream and received Durban Poison. I let that go, but then discovered the vape didn’t even work. Because they were already closed, I emailed them the next day explaining both issues. When nobody responded, I called and was told it had been “over 24 hours” and there was nothing they could do. Except I DID contact them within 24 hours. I emailed the address THEY provide. How is the customer supposed to know their email apparently isn’t checked promptly? Their lack of response should not become my financial loss. I received the wrong product, then a defective product, contacted them promptly, and was still refused help. When I asked to speak to someone else, the employee said she had other callers and abruptly hung up on me. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from Frost.

i like how thin they are since the smoke from joints is a bit rough to inhale compared to blunts. pacific stone is a great brand
