I hit one and ok. Then I hit it again and it didn’t do anything. So I put it to charge and opened the other one. Same thing. I plug them in they flash and turn off. I can see they’re full. Please help. Money back or exchange

The alien labs were not karts, they’re disposables. I hit both of them one time brand new and then they don’t work. I charged them and now they don’t charge. Can I please get my money back or an exchange.
