I have been in 4 times in the last week. I was treated very rude by the guy with the base ball cap that just sits by the drive thru and if you ask him a question, consider yourself lucky if he gives a 1-2 word response. I think he’s one of those guys that think their too good for anyone he’s not interested in (in that way) then you might as well be a piece of trash on likewise floor. However, Ken Is Awesome!! He was very kind, helpful. You should promote him to manager. If he’s not already, then make it happen. Because Ken cares about Likewise business. The other dude is sitting on his butt, being rude, and y’all are paying him. Something has to change, or I will look elsewhere. I have spent approx $400 in the last week. As have a lot of your other customers!! I don’t think you wanna lose this.
