In order to ensure that we provide secure service, we don't allow delivery for first time customers unless the order is prepaid online or an account is created by coming in person. Both options allow us to verify the identity of our customers, and we are happy to provide both an online and in person option to get delivery. Apologies if there was any miscommunication on setting up delivery service or any issues you may have had setting up an account online.
