Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Rude Service I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. They promised to deliver my order on time, yet once again, they failed to follow through. After placing my order, I waited an hour and a half with no updates. I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on, only to be met with more frustration. Instead of proactively informing me about any issues, they waited until I called to tell me that they were out of certain items I had ordered. Even then, they wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried to discuss replacements. On the rare occasions I was able to reach them, they were unhelpful, unprofessional, and extremely rude in tone. This isn’t an isolated incident—it’s the third time I’ve dealt with this exact same poor service from them. The lack of communication, repeated delays, and dismissive attitude toward customers show a clear disregard for professionalism and reliability.

One of the best! Mando the manager is absolutely wonderful. Always so helpful and friendly and so is the rest of their team! They carry the carry the best products and always make sure to take care of their customers.
