Made an order online option of cashless or cash payment, pick cashless. To receive a call at nine thirty three in the morning saying that cashless, is not an option that I have to have cash fine I have cash. I have a 1 to 3 o'clock window for delivery. 415 rolls around. Still no delivery, so I call get put on hold for a few minutes to be told. I'm still on the schedule for delivery, but unfortunately it'll be another hour or so. So I say that I need some form of compensation discount. Something for my time time is money. Just as well as theirs is or they can cancel my order. So they canceled my order. Informed them that I'll never shop with them again. Couldn't even offer the customer a pre roll. Nothing just nothing. One, take the cashless payment option off of your website. That would be a good start. 2, when you decide to be greedy in book so many deliveries that there's a 2 hour delay. You could have the courtesy of having one of your employees make a courtesy call.
