This is about the most frustrating dispensary I have EVER dealt with. Their menu will lure you in, but most of what is on their menu is not available, although the menu says 'live'. Do not trust!

I was in last week to pick up some CBD drops for my dog, along with some buds. Ashten was my budtender. She asked me a couple questions and then started pulling jars off the shelves for me to look at and smell different tiered buds is every price zone. Her recommendation of a new strain that came in was excellent and spot on for what I needed!! Thanks Ashten☺️ Definitely worth checking out!

So today was my 3rd time in, but the BEST of the three. Today my budtender was Sierra. She was so sweet and kind. I have been to many, many dispensaries and she was hands down the most fantastic. Also, the buds I got were amazing and the brownie was very fresh. Thanks so much to Sierra for her words! Sometimes you have an impact on a person's day and you have no idea. Go see Sierra, as well as the other wonderful people at Buku Loud🥰

Rob helped me today and he was really friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions, without hesitation, which I appreciate as some places out there the staff really have no idea! Thanks Rob😊

I have walked into several dispensaries, but very few have a smiling and happy face waiting to help me like James at ER on Academy! He is also super helpful and sold me an awesome joint that was exactly what I was looking for! Lots of product variety and unique strains since they grow their own. Highly recommend 🥰

To all the people complaining, please stop. Anthony (the super cool and friendly guy usually outside), as well as the rest of the EarthMed crew are risking their lives on the daily to make sure we are able to safely get our medicine. How about saying thank you instead of complaining cuz they are following the rules!
