I went to this place for a medical exam, because they claimed they would handle all the paperwork with the state of Arizona. After two weeks of not getting my card, I started making calls. It comes to light that the staff of the doctors office did not submit the paperwork to the state until 10 days after my appointment! I will not be returning, because for the money they charge I expected more prompt service.
