Poor customer service. Poor discount system to entice you to patronize their establishment. That discounts are you use them, even if it costs you more money for your purchase, or you lose them. Absolute trash for a multimillion dollar industry.

The staff is by far the reason I return. They always know what I like, they are always helpful, they know me on a 1st name basis and welcome me like Norm at Cheers. They have an amazing selection of flower, never less than 50 strains. Taylor, Dave, Kat are just a few hella helpful people. Def give the place a shot if you haven’t already
