I just got back from trying to shop at Deep Roots. There were ZERO strains on the bottom shelf and since I am on a fixed income the bottom shelf is pretty much all I can afford. Also, there was only ONE strain on the middle shelf. So, if you wanted to buy anything not on the top shelf the total amount of strains to choose from was a grand total of ONE. I cannot believe that Deep Roots would basically run out of weed, I mean this is hard to believe. How can you get more than one star in a rating when you don't have any product to sell? You can't.

I came in to Deep Roots to buy an ounce off the bottom shelf as I am on a fixed income. They had one choice available, with a THC level of 3-5%. That was it. So, because of nothing whatsoever on the bottom shelf I was forced to buy a strain I couldn't really afford, their $65 a quarter "special". Since my medical card didn't work with this "special" I had to pay extra money for something Deep Roots didn't even grow. When I got home, the biggest bud in the "special" was no bigger than a BB. At this point, I had reservations and weighed this 3.5 grams on my scale. Well, it weighed out at 3.9 grams! So, I don't know. I still give them 5*, but this transaction was pretty shaky. Hopefully there will at least be one strain on the bottom shelf for we poor, local customers next time I go in.

Another great experience shopping at Deep Roots. I feel just the opposite of The420Vet. I just walked in this morning, no wait. The budtender was fantastic. He explained what he felt the best deal would be as far as what I wanted. They have neverending patience. And the price for the oz I got was just as fair as could be. No complaints at all, but I don't buy pre-rolls ever. Also, shout out to Dinah in the back. In fact a shout out to everyone at Deep Roots. All their employees are great.

DRH was not happy being FIVE STAR. They have upped the anti. Every single employee this morning was professional and helpful. They are happy to tell you what's good if they have tried it. The prices actually have dropped somewhat since they opened to the point that you can buy QUALITY flower for less than you can find it on the street. With Deep Roots Harvest you know exactly what you are getting, while the flower on the street is sometimes a mystery. Deep Roots has gotten to the point where it would be hard to improve yet they keep on improving. The quality gets better, and there are more choices than ever. So, Deep Roots Harvest gets the coveted *** SIX STAR *** rating which is very well deserved.

I went back to DRH and decided to pick up some of their more premium flower. For just a tad more money the quality is astonishing. The budtender then turned me on to a less expensive brand actually grown by another grower. Although it was even less expensive, the quality was VERY good. You couldn't ask for more. Deep Roots Harvest has now earned a virtually impossible rating of *** SIX STARS ***. You can now buy flower in Mesquite from Deep Roots for actually CHEAPER than you can get it on the street and you know exactly what you are getting. They are improving on their services every day, too. They have made so many improvements to their company since they opened. That's what good companies do.

I dropped into DRH to pick up an ounce last night. I was hoping to find some good flower at a reasonable price but no joy. I still rate Deep Roots Harvest at a solid FIVE STARS, though. As usual, the staff was great and they had lots of flower to choose from but I am on a fixed income and can't afford the expensive strains. The strain that they were out of is very high quality and very reasonably priced. I won't divulge the name but it is named after a Senator in Nevada. Hopefully they will have it again soon. I'll be waiting although not patiently. Deep Roots Harvest is my favorite store to shop at in Mesquite. Hands down.

About a month ago I made a comment regarding prices that DRH did not like. I was kind of surprised that DRH sent me an e-mail stating that if I made another comment they were "going to take action". LOL!!! So, I told them they had my e-mail address and that I was waiting, in fact looking forward to the "action" whatever it was. That was then, this is now. Since then I have been to DRH a couple of times. The employees there have just been great. The budtenders are always very knowledgable and helpful and will steer you onto a good deal if you ask for their help. If you have your eyes open and a working brain you can actually get a very respectable oounce (i.e., Segarbloom Haze) for a fair price. Although it is on the lower shelf, it's FIVE STAR flower, very respectable. So to Deep Roots Harvest: I apologize for my comments about your prices. No hard feelings I hope. I was still looking forward to your "action" but that's OK. You guys rock.

I went to Deep Roots on July 1 because it was history in the making. After being in line for 90 minutes I finally made it into the building to find that the prices had gone up and that I couldn't afford what I thought I could. So, I just bought a gram of the cheapest they had as the Budtender said that it was his favorite anyway, despite the price. So, I had pretty much forgot I had bought it until yesterday because I didn't think it would be any good. Then on July 28, I thought what the heck and got it out of it's packaging and tried it. WOW!!! Although it was their very lowest shelf (it was Segerblom Haze) I was totally dumbfounded. It was still nice and fresh after a month. Then, I tried it in the one-hitter. I was expecting something way less. This Segerblom Haze was a total 5* bud, I mean it was OUTSTANDING in every way. Whenever I remark on the prices at Deep Roots my comment is pretty much taken down immediately, no one really likes to talk about that but hey, it is what it is. So, no more comments about the price, it's there for everyone to see. But the quality of Segerblom Haze was sky high, pun intended. As good as any around these parts if not better. And that is their lower shelf. When the price drops a little more and you can pick up an ounce of this for $300 which may not be too much longer, Deep Roots will have another customer for life, the quality was that good. Warning, though. This is for day use, not recommended for right before you try to sleep because you'll be up for a while. Kind of a long while. There is no problem with the quality of bud at DRH. You can remove this comment too if you want, but I just call them how I see them. Love that quality.
