I'm not sure what the experience is like to walk in the store and purchase something, but I'm writing this to review their delivery service, which seems to only exist as an idea or a hook to get you to drive to the dispensary for a promise of 20% off. I used to get deliveries from them 2 or more times every week. At some point, several months ago, I started expecting a call immediately after placing my order; either the menu didn't reflect their inventory (almost every single time), or they couldn't honor their delivery service even if you called long before the cut-off time of 7pm. I'd make the order and receive a call within a couple minutes to say they couldn't deliver. I always tipped $10-20. So I stopped calling them. Today was the first time I've called them in at least 6 months. I placed my order. And within 3 minutes I received a call saying they refuse to deliver to me (again) and I can get 20% if I pick up. If I wanted to drive there I would have. I'll never call again.

Read the title; they claim to close at 12am (on Thurs), yet when I ordered at 10pm, they refused to deliver to me. They are in Burlingame, I am in Pacifica. I was in Burlingame yesterday, it's literally a 15 min drive (a drive up Skyline and 2 or 3 exits on the 280, 5 miles). Yet another delivery service that doesn't seem to be able to deliver during their open hours. Won't be calling again.

I discovered Elevated SF because I let my medical card expire while I was living in Alaska. Elevated has a great variety of stock, whether flower, extracts, edibles, CO2 cartridges, etc. They also have a variety of price points so if your budget is a little right, you can still find the relief you need. Tiana was a great help. Not only is she super friendly and knows their stock well, but she is also incredibly helpful. I couldn't what I had bought on a previous visit so she looked it up for me and even recommended a few strains based on my purchase history. I live in Pacifica and I honestly don't mind driving into Visitacion Valley (20 mins or so) just because Elevated is such a good shop. Even security is super friendly and full of smiles. I love Elevated SF, and they did not pay me to write this review ;)

This is a great Dispensary in Skagway that offers a full range of products from edibles to oils and cartridges. They have a nice selection of strains so you're bound to find one that suits you. The staff is great. They're used to weed tourists, so they may seem a little abrupt at first, but once they realize that you know what you want they are more talkative and friendly. Who can blame them, really? As a former cruise ship employee, I know how frustrating the passengers/tourists can be in the port towns. That being said, their prices are geared toward weed tourism. I paid double what I'm used to paying in San Francisco for a preroll and I don't believe they offer a local resident discount. I didn't mind paying the high prices, though, because they are newly opened and I don't mind supporting them. All in all, a great Dispensary (and the only one in Skagway) and I recommend it to anyone who finds themselves in this great little city.
