Never answered the phone, you have no way to track your order at all, it will tell you that they are packing it for about 2 hours, I've been waiting on my order for over 3 hours now, I can't even cancel my order if I wanted too. I could have just walked to the store an back before I even received my order or anyone picking up the phone
