90 minutes after order I had no confirmation. I call and they verify they got my order, then hang up. I wait another 30 minutes and try to call again. Phone just rings, no answer. I text the other number they give for texting, and don’t get a response. Over 2.5 hours when given ETA was 45-90 minutes, and haven’t even been able to get in meaningful contact. The worst part? Order was marked complete online”completed” on here at around the 90 minute mark.

Got no confirmation of order. Called after a hour and was told I should get an Eta soon. Waited 3 hours. Driver unresponsive. When I finally got ahold of somebody, I was told it was going to be another 30 minutes. Canceled the order.
