I was SOOO specific on timing so your courier didn't show up when the BIRTHDAY GIRL was leaving. "1-2 hours" is what I was told". Then... "ON MY WAY be there in 17 mins"... then RANG THE BELL.... as she was walking to the door and I had to make up some bull*hit story about wh showed, then act pissed like it was an annoying neighbor. Seriously.... it was very unprofessional and caused unneeded strain and stress that would have been avoided if what was said would be done WAS done. Driver was very cool, and sorry it happened but HE didn;t cause it to happen, your order taker or whoever needs to NOT let this happen. UNprofessional.
