No communication, both times i had to call 1.5 hours after the order was placed to try and get an ETA. Both times the response was "it won't take long" with no other information. I only received any communications when the driver was outside both times, and "coincidentally" only a couple of minutes after I called them to ask for any info, both times,(their own store setting on here state to"call us for an ETA", the people at the store have to access to that information it seems). I would rather be told they didn't notice there was an order online if that was the case. Not confident I'd wanna order again due to both of these instances.
