Our display jars notate all pertinent analytics such as THC percentage, Terpene percentage, the Grower information, and the Batch number. As you move up through the shelves, the potency of the product will typically increase as well. Anytime you have a complaint, if you really want to resolve it, please call our store first and we'll make it right. Which strains did you purchase? What shelf were they on? Let us know your problem directly, and we can address it. As far as the inside of our store being closed, that's for the safety of our patients during the pandemic. Many of our patients are immuno-compromised, so we take their safety very seriously. We do have a distributor in the building, so that is probably why you saw vendors, not customers, coming into the store. We're disappointed that you weren't satisfied with your choice of flower. The confusion may be that we have Daily Deal strains that change regularly to offer an extra value for our patients so that everyone has an opportunity to try out even top shelf flower at a more affordable price. It may also be that a single strain is sold in whole buds and popcorn buds, and the popcorn buds are less expensive than whole buds if they are available. Our Award Winning shelf strains consist of Platinum G.G., Gelato, and Forbidden Fruit.
