No...no it’s not. Never coming here again. I don’t know about what anyone else saying about the staff but all budtenders from cookies locations are rude af. They give off the vibe that they don’t ever wanna be wrong about anything and they get smart with you even if you’re kind and courteous. I try to be a very calm and collected person and I know the difference between good service and bad service. It says on their website that their 8ths range $60 so I went there thinking that’s how much I was gonna pay...I mean seriously, at this point with the prices going up, as a club, you need to be straightforward with how much you’re paying on the website so we know how much we’re paying. You don’t throw in the taxes when you’re at the checkout. The taxes are like an extra $20-$30...This is what they do, they charge $80 for an eighth and the THC doesn’t even break %25...smh no. That’s bull. Zero stars. It’s cool that cookies is in Hayward but you need to CUT THE PRICE AND NOT TRY TO ROB US. EVERYBODY KNOW HOW MUCH THE PRICE SHOULD BE, IF YALL GOTTA CHARGE THAT MUCH FOR AN EIGHTH YALL NEED TO RE-EVALUATE YOUR WHOLE BUSINESS.
