I ordered two separate concentrates from you, and both of them came with the right strain, but they both can as cartridges, even though neither of them were listed as cartridges when I purchased them. We don’t own a cart battery so have no way to use the product.

This was my first time in Colorado, and as such my first experience with most of the Colorado based strains. Carly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to any of the questions I had, no matter how specific. Also some shots were fired about the difference in quality between California and Colorado weed, and at first I was skeptical, but all of the strains we purchased were definitely fairly high on my list of best cannabis experiences. If this is what I can expect from Colorado, both the customer service and the quality medicine, I am definitely sold. Thank you again for all the help.
