DO NOT GO HERE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. A large white male employee didn’t acknowledge me as I walked up to the window. He then threw my ID back at me — not once, but twice. He ignored me and only helped me because I had an online order. Rude, dismissive, zero social skills — he acts like customer service is beneath him. He does not need to be customer-facing if he’s going to treat people like this. Go back to training, or find a new job. Queen A, or whatever your name is — train your employees better. It’s not lost on me that you only reply to the good reviews and never the bad ones. Step up and be an owner, Queen A, or don’t have a business at all. Maybe your employees are bad because you’re a bad owner. The product here is weak and disappointing. To anyone considering this shop: don’t waste your time.
