We understand that you were not content with our newest batch of LA Kookies, however, unfortunately not every single batch may be exactly the same. We tried to explain this to you and also tried to let you know that there is no room for error on the packaging of our strains since everything has to be lab tested and ID by batch. All flower, moreover, all product is tracked all the way through from the moment is is grown to when its cut, tested, and packaged. All product is marked by batch ID codes so it may be identified with its COA ( Certificate of Analysis). Once again we apologize for not meeting your standards with this batch.
