This is by far the best establishment I have ever been to the staff is caring friendly knowledgeable of all their products have an amazing attitude and never steer me in the wrong direction they don’t pretend to know about things they don’t know about their very upfront and honest and for the most part do you know about everything they are selling I’ve never had a disappointment or bad experience there they been there to help me with all my needs And I would strongly recommend this establishment to anybody that’s looking for a good quality products at a decent price and an amazing atmosphere and place it truly makes you feel at home with no pressure no I’m up selling They never try to sell you something you don’t need only what you want just want to say thank you to all the staff members at the Germantown bloom thanks a lot guys

So I recently wrote a review on a banger I purchased I was bragging about this place before but now I’m just speechless they have literally went above and beyond after that last review the director of operations Mr.Wagner thank you again reached out to me and replaced the broken banger and answered all my questions I never have seen a place more focused on customer relation and keeping the customer happy thanks again to everyone at bloom

I visit this place once a week and every time is a great experience the staff is friendly and knowledgeable they have helped me tremendously I have only one complaint I did get a banger there that broke after one night of use and couldn’t get reimbursed but other than that they have helped me with anything and everything I ask for and are always on point and friendly and get me in and out in a timely manner I would strongly recommend this place to anyone in the Montgomery county area
