Terrible stoner service. They are not acknowledging the 20 to 25% off 1 item coupon for this ENTIRE month (April, 4/20) because apparently upper management isn't allowing it but employees are confused. I got my call directed to the manager. He came on, and with his mouth as far away from the phone and as quietly he could said , I think, "hello". I said hello back. He never said the stores name, his name just simply hello. WHO AM I TALKING TO? A 5 year old answers hello, a place of business says "thank you for calling.......my name is?". I just got a deadbeat manager who didn't seem to know what day, let alone year, it was. These ppl are from Chicago and don't care about you, just profit. Shop Sunnyside or Cloud 9! Happy 4/20
