great customer service and decent variety.

I really do enjoy going to this location, they had competitive pricing ontop of a buy 3 get 1 deal which made it a no brainer to go to this location frequently, but they recently at random changed this to an allegedly limited buy 4 get 1 deal (without updating most if not all of the advertisement for it minus the things taped inside the store) Which led to a very poor experience for me ordering recently. Their "live" menu tends to be fairly inaccurate (every mobile order i've had but 1 so far has had items they dont have anymore or are out of stock) as well. Ontop of this, everytime something I ordered is not in stock they try to upsale me to something more expensive which defeats the purpose of me ordering pickup in the first place. I'll likely return to spend my points but not much after. They do chill all of their wax and hash though which is a big plus.

Recently went in here since I saw a couple different products they had online that they didn't have elsewhere so I figured I would check it out. Staff was very very nice though, I didn't get the new person schpeel since the guy that checked me in was on the phone but the place was pretty straightforward. Prices are pretty consistent to the area based on what I was looking at (mainly has/wax), as far as I could tell none of the hash/wax was being chilled (although I didn't end up picking up any rosin so maybe that was). Got a few buddies live resins which all unfortunately ended up being around a year old but it comes with the larger stock they have I guess (Some of which apparently expire in a month in a half ;-; ). Will probably return for pickup orders for some specific things but I wouldn't walk in at random again.
