This company is extremely unprofessional, and has thoroughly wasted my time. I scheduled an appointment for my card renewal and Doctor's visit, then seconds after walking through the door they told me the appointment was cancelled. The office is 30 min away from my apartment, and since my spinal surgery I am unable to drive, therefore had to Uber. That money was wasted, but I thought, why not give them a second chance? Fast forward a week later for the second attempt - the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENS. I walk through the door and they tell me that it's cancelled and they "can't get ahold of the doctor". I also want to mention that an hour before going to the second appointment, I even called their office to confirm my own appointment, which they said was confirmed. Zero accountability, and frankly they just don't care. Well I care about my time, my health, and my money, so I won't be going there and surely won't be recommending Miracle Leaf.
