The hardware for these carts is almost useless. I have to take 4-5 huge draws that provide almost no product vape to even obtain the tiniest of hits. I get a head ache from having to pull so hard on the vape. It really is ridiculous. This product should not be sold as currently is.

New Budtender, BAD SERVICE
When I asked to purchase Altra carts and select the ones I prefer, the budtender stated that they aren't on display. When I asked to see them he stated that it doesnt really matter because its distillate anyways. He pretty much just argued with me about what Id prefer to purchase. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they arent here but i can help you with your purchase. The issue was customer service. So I called the stoned budtender an explicative name and then left. Buying should be a positive experience. Period. Out.
