Today I had the pleasure of meeting Miriam, one of Ohana’s family members (not only is she beautiful but also incredibly helpful and kind!) First, this review is long overdue— I used to commute from SF to Oakland just to come to this location (now I commute even further). Honestly, NOTHING compares. The product line and offerings are amazing. They only keep growing and even outgrew their previous storefront. The service is unbelievable— I really wish I had everyones name who’s helped me, from the security guards to all the canna-tenders. Today, Camille helped me and she was also a treat— had lots of input (as did Miriam, she even pulled her google searches out) and again: this really makes the trip more of an experience. I am always satisfied and never disappointed in my buys. I will always come back! This is your go-to spot for cannabis if you can (they also do delivery)— you’ll understand customer loyalty. One more: last time, there was a miscomm. internally about gummies— I ended up with 2 txns. They waived my fee on the second one! Again, really nailed it with customer service and product market fit :-)

Tons of different products, brands, and strains to chose from. Both visits have been successful - learned a ton, and found new flower I love. Did not feel rushed to chose. Highly recommend this spot!
