I went through True Herbal Consults (Somerville location) when I originally got my MMJ license several years ago and also used them for my renewal last year but will NEVER be using them again. This year, my patient registration was set to expire in July so I scheduled my appointment and saw the provider in June (Somerville location). When I show up at the dispensary this month, I'm told that my patient registration had lapsed and the provider had never actually sent the renewal date to the state. After calling True Herbal Consults, they admitted there had been an "admin error" where my information had not been updated and sent as expected. As a consulting company, your literal only job is to coordinate and complete this admin work and now I am delayed in getting access to MMJ. Everyone, save yourself a potential headache and use one of the MANY other services available for this.
