have been ordering for 1+ years. moonflower is the top tier delivery service of the dozens and dozens of services i’ve tried. the fact that we get such service like this here in the north bay is amazing. ordering has always been a breeze over phone and the couple times i ordered by text when either i was busy or they were on other line. have not had any defective product before. daily sales are good enough, happy hours good. selection for concentrated has usually been a good variety if not on the steeper side of the pricing but with discounts it’s all the same. delivery drivers are awesome and the tracking app is nice but i rarely use it since i’ve not had problems before. i just wanna say again how great the drivers are, always friendly, easy to contact, the delivery times are unmatched. istopped using another major bay area delivery company because their drivers were just so sketchy and uncomfortable. my only complaint would be for concentrates that if you love something on the menu don’t get used to it they sell a lot so stuff doesn’t stick around. my fav items sometimes only seem to stay on the menu for less than a week. 10/10 though
