I will not be doing business with Crystal Nugs again. Their page says they take orders until 8:00pm and I placed my order at 7:40pm. I selected to receive the order ASAP under the impression I would receive it the same day. Received an order confirmation and an update that said my order is on the way. Waited until 11pm and there was zero communication from Crystal Nugs. I attempted to text and email but got no response. The next morning, I received a text asking my name and then was told I would receive it between 9:00-11:30am. I expressed my frustration about waiting up late for the order that was never coming and spoke to a manager, I believe her name is Candace. Candace got very defensive and had no sympathy when I had to explain all over again what had happened. Instead of understanding my frustration, she herself got upset and told me she was just going to cancel my order. I have spent a lot of money at Crystal Nugs over time and was treated like an inconvenience. Never again.
