The delivery called me to make sure that I did in fact place an order (I don't go by my legal name). The gentleman over the phone was extremely personable and made me feel valued as a customer. The driver, a different employee, was conveniently at my address within 30 minutes of the initial order and ensured that all my products were accounted for. I felt obligated to write this as they went above and beyond. Also they got some FUEGO carts/8ths.
