"Extremely disappointing. I've kept giving this dispensary my business, but they repeatedly cancel orders with zero explanation — no call, no text, no email, nothing. I used to order from them regularly without any problems, but lately it's become a pattern of last-minute cancellations and total silence. If there's an issue with an order, the least a business can do is reach out to the customer instead of just canceling and leaving them hanging. Until they fix their communication, I can't recommend ordering here."
