Came up from Los Angeles and was pleased with the specials they had. I received the best customer service I’ve ever received at any dispensary from Afi.

I have been coming to this dispensary for over seven years, but was deeply disappointed in my most recent visit yesterday. They failed to honor an advertised special that they had on their weekly email even though they still had stock. They did not attempt to make the situation right at all. Customer Service has gone down hill here.

I was assisted by Liliana who provided great advice and superb Customer Service. I left very satisfied with my purchase and experience. She was busy but very attentive to my needs.

I have been a patient at this collective since it first opened. I went in Wednesday evening (6/7/17) and was assisted by a gentlemen wearing a light sweater who had black hair. I was utterly dissatisfied with the experience and the terrible customer service I received during my interaction with him. The conclusion of my most recent visits is that pricing has increased while customer service has decreased all while flower quality has remained mediocre/stagnant at best. The purpose of a budtender is to be helpful rather than rude and this has to be communicated by management because it is apparently unclear, at least to this particular individual. The receptionist on the other hand is always nice.

This is a great dispensary with great ftp and referral deals. I brought in a friend with me when I visited today. I was served by Karen and had a great experience she was very helpful and is an asset to the collective. Keep it up MMD.

This is a great dispensary. I forgot the budtender's name but the dude with the I believe English accent has always provided excellent service since I started going to this dispensary which was it first opened a couple of years ago. Note to management you should bring back the 2 grams for 25 deal rather than having the pricey 2 grams for 30 deal which you have now.
